With the covid shutdowns and impact on supply chains, big or small, everyone felt the pinch. But that’s no excuse to fail.
For switchgear, we worked closely with our supplier to expedite production and obtain materials they couldn’t in a timely manner thus shaving off months of production and causing no delay of TCO.
When OEM metering gear and specialty enclosures had lead times past 46 weeks, we turned to our local partners to fabricate like for like equipment UL listings included, with a turnaround of 2 weeks at no extra cost to the project. To expedite TCO timetables while waiting for final gear delivery, we coordinated with LNI and other AHJ’s to perform finals on temp power.

Pre-Kit
In an effort to maximize efficiency, we pre kit most stages of our install from boxing to trim out.
Value Engineering
Even though CSNW is a design build firm, we still take on pre engineered projects. Our experience in design allows us to help Value Engineer all aspects of the job, from gear to lighting we can save you time and money.
Labor Bottlenecks
To better meet demands and stay on track we mobilize our labor in a method that gets things done a head of time.

On the big jobs every second counts. As the building goes up, we utilize UF wire to install permanent lighting circuitry as soon as the conditions allow. This eliminates the need for cumbersome string lights and ensures the final circuit is perfectly functional before cover.

The system we’ve developed ensures your project turns out the way you envision it, even if that vision has changed from conception. Tracking changes and making sure we execute all scope deviations over the duration of a project are essential in keeping costs minimal and delivered on time.
